Grant Details
This grant involves 2 x 2-hour private, in-person sessions with an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Session 1: Review of your financials with the CFO
Offline: Creation of the Cash Flow Forecast by the CFO
Session 2: Discussion on the Cash Flow Forecast with the CFO
Outcomes
After going through this process, you will have:
A cash flow forecast (CFF) document
An understanding on how to interpret and use the CFF.
